Thoughts on Thursday

* This week has literally exploded. Things are insane at work, home...everywhere! I have no time to do anything at work and by the time I get home I just want to sit and stare blankly at the T.V until it's late enough for me to go to bed without feeling like an 80 year old.

*I didn't do a Valentine's Day post. We pretty much downplayed the whole thing this year. With our Anniversary (10 years!) in two weeks and the wedding quickly approaching we felt our money was better spent elsewhere. So I made cupcakes, Chris surprised me with Breaking Dawn and we went to look out Limo's.

* Yup. You read that right. We booked our LIMO! I finally made a decision and we went with the bus! It just makes more sense with our huge bridal party and the distance we need to travel between the church and venue (about an hour, give or take). This way we can all be together and no one needs to worry about how they are getting where on the day. The company we booked with is Privately Yours Limousine. We got an awesome deal and I could not be happier.

* We went to see "The Vow" last night. I have been anxiously waiting for this movie for months, so it would naturally be my Valentine's Day pick. After being at the theater on Saturday to see Underworld for my sister's B-Day (good movie but very gory) and seeing the amount of people in line to see The Vow, we decided going on Valentine's Day would be a horrible idea. So we went last night. MUCH better plan, the theater was practically empty.
My mini review: I was actually disappointed. I feel like there was so much build up for this movie, I had been waiting for it since before Christmas and it just wasn't as good as I thought it would be. It was cute. Your typical, generic girl movie, but I wouldn't really say there was anything memorable about it. Definitely wouldn't make me top ten list.

* Today marks exactly 100 days until my wedding! Time is flying.

After being engaged for three years, I have been through every emotion. I have wanted to push the wedding back, I have wanted to push the wedding up. I have wanted it smaller. I have wanted it bigger. Now I have one feeling: ready. I am ready. I can't wait for May 26th to get her and to become Chris's wife.

*It's almost the long weekend! It can not come fast enough. 2012 is turning out to be a very busy year and I could use three days of relaxation.

That;s it for today! Happy Thursday!!!
